No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or marketing services and does not embed third-party content such as Google Fonts, YouTube or maps. Fonts, images and videos are loaded directly from our server.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and delivered through its network. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.
Contact and acquisition form
If you contact us via a form, by email or by phone, we process your details (such as name, email address, phone number, property details and your message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to review an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
To send the forms we use the service Web3Forms, which forwards your input to our email inbox without storing it permanently. This may involve a transfer to third countries, in particular the USA.
We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to process it. If no transaction results, we delete your data after three years at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact office@lvcapital.cc. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
